Frequently Asked questions
What is your gallery turnaround time?
My typical turnaround time for standard sessions is 3–4 weeks. During busier seasons, delivery may take the full 4 weeks, but I always aim to get your gallery to you as soon as possible without compromising quality. If you ever need images by a specific date, please let me know ahead of time and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within one hour of Richmond, VA is included in your session fee. For locations beyond one hour, a travel fee may apply to cover additional time and transportation costs. If you have a specific location in mind, just reach out and I’ll provide a custom quote! I’m always happy to explore options with you.
How many images will we receive?
I do not set a strict minimum for standard sessions. Rather than limiting your gallery to a specific number, I carefully hand-edit and deliver all final images that meet my artistic and quality standards. This means you’ll receive the strongest, most meaningful images from your session - thoughtfully curated to tell your story.
